Our Terms and Conditions
Pets
- Pet-friendly caravans can have up to 2 pets at a time at £20 per pet.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the caravans.
- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times throughout the caravan site.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Deposits
- Deposits on cancelled holidays are non-refundable. We recommend holiday cancellation insurance and balances are non-refundable if up to 8 weeks or less before your holiday.
- Balances are to be paid 8 weeks before holiday.
Caravans
- Caravans must be left in a clean and acceptable condition and must report any damages occurring during their stay.
* The Park are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
